About Training

Govt. Polytechnic Tekari, Gaya has the distinct advantage of having support base from institutions and organizations in India who would readily provide training expertise and placement avenues to its students. Every department is closely associated with the Industries. So 100% placement is our easy achievable goal. Our passed out students from different branches of engineering are taking admission in degree colleges for higher education through lateral entry system. The Training and Placement cell of the Institute comprises of Professionals with long experience in evaluation, training and liaison with the real-life work places. The cell undertakes correspondence with prospective employers, arranges campus interviews, and prepares students for bringing the real-life situations outside the sheltered life of the Institute. Interaction of students with scientist, technologist and executives is arranged paving way to future career development.

TEACHING METHOD

The Institute uses wide range of instructional techniques to equip the students with the latest concepts to develop requisite skills and abilities to enable them to take up responsible and challenging position in Industry and to serve the Nation. The teaching methodology includes lectures, detailed tutorials, industrial visits, Seminars, Project exhibitions, Technical Paper presentations. Extensive use of Audio-Visual teaching methods is made. Besides full time and part time faculty/staff, the Institute has support & co-operation of visiting faculty members, professionally qualified engineers and eminent guest speakers to impart knowledge of latest trends in field of Engineering and Technology.
