1. Attendance Requirements:

   • Students must uphold decorum both within and outside the campus.

   • Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to severe disciplinary action.

3. Examination Eligibility:

   • To be eligible for end-semester examinations, students must maintain the required attendance and adhere to academic standards set by the institution.

4. Branch Change Policy:

   • Generally, students are expected to continue in their initially assigned branch.

5. Duration of the Program:

   • The diploma program is designed to be completed within a specified duration.

   • Extensions beyond this period may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, as approved by the Academic Council.
